WEBSITE CONTENT PROTOCOL - This protocol will serve as guidance for the uploading of information requested by our members. This information may consist of pictures or video streams. Chat forums are out of scope as they are moderated appropriately. Sole discretion lies with MCI's web administrator and on rare exceptions, if he/she requires a second opinion, he/she shall consult with the President before making the final decision.

The following principles are the guidelines to be followed:

1. Submissions can only come from members in good standing
2. Content must not contain any abusive language, offensive clothing or pictures
3. MCI has an appropriate section where vendors may advertise their services or products. Content in the public galleries should not be construed as advertising - in determining this, the web administrator will assess whether "someone stands to potentially profit from the content"
4. Not withstanding above, the web administrator may disallow content if in his/her mind, the material could in any way reflect poorly on MCI or contradicts our mission, mandate and principles. This includes poor fish handling, fishing or safety practices
