For one special evening, the angling community will be gathering at Assembly Hall in the Civic Centre at Landsdowne Park in Ottawa. Anglings own Bob Izumi will be hosting this $100 a ticket event with all proceeds going to Big Jim McLaughlin. Starting at 7pm, friends and fishermen alike will chip in and raise funds desperately needed to help Jim fight his battle with cancer.
Muskies Canada Inc. asks all its friends and members to consider helping out with Jim's cause. Jim has been a long standing friend and past member of the club who has supported MCI on numerous occasions, which is something he does regularly with various groups out of his generosity and good nature.
Good food, great stories, raffles, amazing silent auctions await and will be topped off with a must -not- miss Big Jim roast that is sure to be both hilarious and heart felt.
