Muskie Fishing News 2017

Muskies Canada Welcomes Newest ChapterSeptember 4 2010

Muskies Canada is very pleased to welcome its 14th Chapter into our fishing club.

This new Chapter, to be called the North Western Chapter, covers a huge area in northwestern Ontario which contains some of the best wild muskie waters in the world. This Chapter came into existence as a result of a massive effort by Rick Langford of Muskies Canada and a group of dedicated muskie fishermen in the northwest, who overcame the barriers of distance and geography. Thank you very much Rick and Team who made this dream a reality.

The North Western Chapter already has almost 80 members and is led by a very strong and dedicated Executive Team of experienced muskie fishermen. The Executive Team is led by its Chairman - Jeff Moreau (Eagle River) and Co-Chairman - Gord Bastable (Vermilion Bay), supported by Gord Pyzer (Kenora), Steve Herbeck (Eagle Lake), Linda Rice (Sioux Lookout - Lac Seul), Ryan Marlowe (Kenora), Darcy Cox (Winnipeg), Ray Elliott (Vermilion Bay), Denise Elliott (Vermilion Bay), Tom Mosindy (OMNR Kenora), and Gord Pusnik (Vermilion Bay).

Please join me in extending a very warm welcome to the North Western Chapter.

Ian Young
President
